To get ready:

1 - Sign up on our online registration form.

2 - Locate your Starting Kathisma and Prayer List Number here.

You’ll pray the Starting Kathisma on Day One, and then the next day you’ll pray the next kathisma, and then next…

Also note your Prayer List Number. You’ll print this list, and pray for the names listed. (You can print the complete combined list and pray for everyone if you like, but if it feels long, you may choose to pray only for your own list.)

Note that the list concludes with prayers for the eternal memory of our members who have fallen asleep in the Lord, and who surely still pray for us.

3 - Print your Prayer List:


During the fast, you’ll do this every day:

  1. Pray the Introductory Prayers.

  2. Pray your Kathisma for the day.

  3. Pray for each of us by name (from your printed list) and we will be praying for you.
