In God’s Hands
My first book, from 2013.
When my youngest daughter was just a few months old she went into liver failure and we were whisked away in an ambulance to Houston, where the two of us would stay for four months.
She came very close to death and then at the last moment received a liver transplant.
Her recovery was difficult -- intubated and held in a medically-induced coma for four weeks, she had emergency surgery, forgot how to eat, and eventually required many months of extensive therapy.
Throughout that experience, we found that God provided what we needed to get through each day.
God provides. This book is for anyone who needs to hear that right now.
In God's Hands: a mother's journey through her infant's critical illness is a witness to God's provision, and hopes to provide company to others as they struggle through their own difficult experiences.
